This High Dynamic Range (HDR) image sensor provides an extensive set of on-chip functional safety (ASIL) support functions, making it suitable for automatic emergency braking, electronic mirrors/camera monitor systems, autonomous evasive steering and next-gen viewing applications.
High-performance pyroelectric detectors with DLaTGS
The basic material of pyroelectric detectors with the highest performance level is DLaTGS (Deuterated and L-alanine-doped TriGlycine Sulfate). The D* of DLaTGS is typically 2.5 times higher than in LiTaO3 detectors. DLaTGS detectors have a high detectivity, even at high frequencies, and a wide spectral sensitivity range from UV to THz wavelengths that is only limited by the detector window used.

The new Hall-Effect Joystick from Grayhill – Series 67B with a pushbutton and momentary rotation – is available from Data Modul. The hall-effect sensor magnetically detects the shaft position anywhere its 20-degree field of travel in each X and Y direction, as well as the momentary rotation around the Z axis.
