PSAA18U adapters come in non-vented, spill-proof cases and feature over-voltage and over-current protection with auto restart, short-circuit protection, and Class B EMI. Energy-efficient features include a minimum average operating efficiency of 80.3% and a maximum no-load power consumption of 0.3W.

The adapters are rated to operate between 0 degrees and 40 degrees C and in 0% and 90% non-condensing humidity. Additionally, all adapters in the series carry cUL/UL60950-1, IEC60950-1, and CE safety approvals and markings.

Each PSAA18U adapter measures 4.06 inches in length by 1.93 inches in width by 1.32 inches in height, features a standard 2.1mm by 5.5mm DC barrel output connector, and weighs 4.94 ounces.
