Since Trigon first introduced the IPK series of radial lead format inductors in 1998, radial choke inductor is still a popular choice for high density applications with low and medium high current. It is proven to be of the most economical and best reliability in circuit where chip inductors are not able to cope with the power requirement or simply cost too much.
These general purpose devices are ideal for providing filtering in a wide range of designs such as those found in power supply units (PSU).

The IPK series ranges from 0406 to 1016 offers inductance ranging from 1.0uH to 1.2mH with maximum current rated up to 9.0A. Typical operating temperature is -40ºC to +85ºC and is fully RoHS compliant. UL rated sleeve tube option is available when extra component protection is desired.
