DDPAI has announced the launch of its ultra HD dash cam, the Mola N3. With the number of cars increasing, dash cams are becoming a new favourite gadget for drivers to ensure that they can capture crucial evidence in the event of an incident and quickly resolve any disputes by recording their entire journey.

The Mola N3 is the latest release from DDPAI with great quality and field of vision and is available from Amazon.com for $59.99 and Amazon.co.uk for £49.99.

Prioritising high quality recordings, the DDPAI Mola N3 provides ultra HD recordings with six sets of full-glass lenses with infrared filters and a 140o wide angle. With 1600P ultra HD and 2k+ lossless UHD resolution and 5MP CMOS image sensor, the hardware has the ability to record clear and high-quality video evidence which can be shared for insurance purposes.

The encoding and decoding image processing technology used within the dash cam, also makes the picture more transparent, the colour more delicate and the scene more realistic. Featuring Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology, the dash cam can adjust exposure balance enabling the camera to pick up greater detail in darkness and high light conditions and, with the F1.8 large aperture, light intake is increased by 20%. Enabling users to capture high quality images in extremely high/low light conditions, the Mola N3 provides strong images and clips no matter where and when the vehicle is being driven.

Packed with features, the dash cam will keep a user’s car safe and protected when on the road or parked. With Sense Reality (SR) Sci-Fi black technology, the dash cam has a built-in high-precision six-axis gyroscope that can sensitively assess and record driving performance under various conditions such as sharp acceleration or turns, uphill and downhill and lane changes as well as synchronously generating an exclusive cool track interface for instant sharing.

The Mola N3’s built-in high precision GPS accurately records the driver’s location and speed and drivers can view the driving route through Google Maps via Wi-Fi using the App. Whilst driving, the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) can identify a vehicle’s movement status, intelligently detecting traffic lights or people as well as the vehicle in fronts’ movement and any lane departure. The dash cam can then notify the driver through voice.

Once parked, the DDPAI Mola N3 has 24-hour parking monitoring when hard wired. This allows it to record images of the vehicle when parked monitoring one second per frame, saving space for storage and keeping car owners minds at ease whilst parked somewhere unfamiliar overnight or in a supermarket car park.

Supporting both iOS and Android systems, the Mola N3 includes intelligent WiFi connection allowing users to view and download HD video in real time as well as locking emergency video to prevent any accidental overwrites. If no incidents have occurred and emergency footage saved, cycle recording will continue. This starts immediately after the ignition and overwrites the oldest data automatically with new data when memory is full to ensure that all journeys are recorded and tracked. In addition, the dash cam is also capable of supporting a max 128GB TF card so it has plenty of room for storing important clips.

A durable solution, the DDPAI Mola N3 uses super capacitor which has a greater heat and cold endurance and a longer lifetime than standard battery technology. Able to survive extreme weather conditions from -20℃ to70℃, the super capacitor energy conversion is achieved through electric field changes which does not rely on chemical reactions, making the charging faster, the internal resistance smaller and the number of cycles greater with less impact from temperature.

Featuring a two-fold rotationally-symmetrical connector design, the Type-C connector captures videos in front, around and inside the car providing extra support and evidence for professional drivers such as taxi and lorry drivers. Simply placing the axis bracket wherever desired will allow for views outside the car or even for use to vlog a road trip.
