The W63RPC1 rigid embedded dipole Wi-Fi 6 antennas from Linx Technologies are now being shipped by distributor Mouser Electronics, Inc.

Linx Technologies W63RPC1 antennas deliver Wi-Fi and wireless local area network (WLAN) performance in the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands supporting both Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E.

These rigid antennas offer a ground plane-independent, dipole embedded antenna solution comparable in performance to an external antenna.

They utilise an adhesive backing to easily mount in plastic enclosures while still allowing an environmentally sealed enclosure.

This also offers protection from tampering or accidental antenna damage.

The antennas are compact and low profile, measuring 42mm x 11mm x 1.3mm, and they connect to radios via a 1.13mm coaxial cable terminated in a U.FL type, MHF4 type, or cut cable for direct solder.

Applications include sensing and remote monitoring, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and smart home networking.
