MEMS-based OCXO, TCXO and VCXO products for networking, telecommunications, wireless and storage applications
MSC now offers silicon MEMS-based OCXO, TCXO and VCXO products - specifically for telecommunications, networking, wireless and storage applications - from SiTime. The silicon-based timing solutions offer pin compatibility with existing quartz-based solutions, optimum space utilization, high reliability, low jitter and the best possible flexibility in terms of development, production and lead times.
ACAL Technology launches fast delivery service on crystal oscillators
ACAL Technology announces a fast delivery service on Advanced Crystal Technology’s (ACT) ACT9300PR clock oscillators. The reduced lead-time of 2-4 weeks substantially reduces typical fixed oscillator lead-times. This is achieved through an extensive inventory of blank oscillators, which are factory-programmed to exact customer specifications, enabling customers to meet ambitious time-to-market and cost targets.
Self-programmed MEMS oscillator samples in only 60 seconds
MSC now offers the 'Time Machine', a complete programming kit for SiTime’s MEMS-based silicon timing solutions. This MEMS oscillator programmer features fast programming support for various singled-ended-, differential-, spread spectrum- and VCXO MEMS oscillator samples.
New Ecliptek SMD Quick Turn Oscillators Offer LVPECL, LVDS and HCSL Technology in 3.2mm x 5.0mm Package, Lowers Voltage Requirements
Ecliptek Corporation has strengthened its line of clock oscillator solutions with six new product series covering an extensive breadth of technology. Now available in both 2.5Vdc and 3.3Vdc, these new MEMS devices introduce a fast delivery option for smaller clock requirements.
Ultra stable TCXO from Precision Devices targets femtocells and base stations
Precision Devices (www.pdixtal.com) has announced the TS05, an ultra stable temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) in a 5mm by 3.2mm by 1.5mm package. The TS05 provides exceptional stability of only ±0.2ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. When operating over a restricted temperature range of -10°C to 70°C, stability is even lower at ±0.1ppm.
MEMS oscillator consumes only 6.5 mA at 125 MHz
MSC now offers the new SiT8004 MEMS oscillator in the 125 MHz to 150 MHz frequency range from SiTime. Key features of this device are just 6.5 mA typical power consumption and 1.2 µA ultra low standby current.
9 x 14 mm small, low G-sensitivity oscillators for harsh environment applications
MSC now offers the new 508 series of low G-sensitivity clocks and oscillators from Vectron International. Each product in the new line is provided in an extremely small 9 x 14 mm package.
