Passive matrix displays offer crisper viewing quality
Available in sizes 1.27”, 1.5”, and 1.69”, a range of full color OLED displays have been added to Newhaven Display International's existing display portfolio. The rich black levels, 2000:1 contrast ratio and 262K featured colors of the passive matrix displays deliver a sharper and crisper viewing quality when compared to current LCDs.
The 10μs response time ensures the displays deliver faster and smoother graphic animations, while the absence of a backlight enables them to be 5mm thin when fully assembled. Additional features of the RoHS compliant displays include a >160° viewing angle, built-in controller, serial/parallel MPU interface and a -30°C ~ +70°C operating temperature. The displays also include a module containing all necessary logic.
