Weller’s latest WT soldering stations are easy to operate and can be stacked on top of one another saving desk space. According to Weller, the 90W soldering iron is the first active soldering system with replaceable, passive, high-performance soldering tips. It is lightweight and slim with a soft rubber grip and a thin silicone cable.

The station’s display has an inclined design presenting a more natural viewing angle and features clearly arranged graphics which make it possible to read setting parameters at a glance. All of the important operating elements are placed on the front including a menu button allowing users to navigate through the menu structure easily.

Weller’s new iron gives users the option of switching the support between dry and wet cleaning. The soldering iron holder can be lifted and turned through 180° allowing the user to choose between sponge or dry cleaner while the cast base material increases the stability. The soldering tips can be stored safely and in such a way that they save space.
