Leading duo to demo precision conductive coating spray application
Nordson ASYMTEK and Parker Chomerics are partnering at SEMICON West (July 12-14) to demonstrate precision, high-volume spray applications for EMI coating solutions. One specific solution uses Nordson ASYMTEK's Select Coat Conformal Coating System with a DispenseJet applicator to apply thin coatings of Parker Chomerics' new CHO-SHIELD-604 conductive coating to achieve a target thickness of 25 µm.
"To truly take advantage of our EMI coating solutions, they need to be precisely and accurately applied in a uniform coating," said Brian F. Flaherty, Specialty Materials Product Manager, Parker Chomerics division, Parker Hannifin. "We worked with the applications engineers at Nordson ASYMTEK to develop a turn-key solution that delivers precise application of our EMI coating solutions in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments."
