HSI connectors: a system for all-terrain-applications

For reliable high-speed data and power transmission in harsh environments, Rosenberger has developed the HSI connector system.

Designed for demanding outdoor conditions and standardized in cooperation with the AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation), HSI - High-Speed Implement Bus System - is the new standard. For applications in trucks to construction machinery to agricultural applications, HSI connectors are true all-rounders. (Read more.)

Hybrid connector enhances cable wiring efficiency

The BH12 series from Hirose is a 20A current, compact, waterproof, signal and power hybrid connector ideal for use in E-mobility and Industrial applications.

It is available at distributor Anglia Components.

This connector is ideal for the battery connection of E-mobility and other industrial equipment such as autonomous factory robots.

It is an IPX6/IPX7 waterproof connector (when mated) with lock lever design and enhances cable wiring efficiency. Additionally, the power/signal hybrid design contributes to reducing connector occupied mounting space. (Read more.)

Right-angle SMA plugs for micro-coax cable

Amphenol RF is pleased to expand their SMA product family with reverse polarity right-angle plug configurations designed to accommodate a variety of flexible micro-coax cable types.

These right-angle RP-SMA connectors offer an accessible and secure connection with the 90-degree shape. They feature a threaded coupling mechanism that is ideal for vibration resistance which may be a concern in industrial automation, cellular infrastructure and base stations.

RP-SMA connectors are engineered with all the same features and benefits as the standard SMA interface. (Read more.)

Charging inlets suit commercial and industrial vehicles

Mouser Electronics is now shipping charging inlets for commercial and industrial vehicles from TE Connectivity.

The charging inlets enable safe, fast, and secure charging and withstand 10,000 mating cycles while charging at 250 VAC (at 32 A) and 1000 VDC (at 200 A).

These rugged components feature larger cable sizes (DC 70 mm2 / PE 25 mm2 / AC 6 mm2) to accommodate higher power over extended periods of time. (Read more.)
