Enhancing the company's Han-Modular industrial connector family, HARTING has announced the highest-density module available - the Han DD Quad. By incorporating space for 42 Han D contacts with crimp termination, users can place around 25% more contacts in the same space, enabling complete connector configurations to be realised in a smaller volume and more cost effectively.

Primarily designed as a signal interface, the connector module features 10A and 150V electrical design characteristics. UL working voltage up to 250V allows the Han DD Quad to be used with HARTING's Han IP 65 connectors in industrial power supplies. Other target applications include mechanical engineering and robotics.

The module is constructed of high-quality LCP plastic to provide excellent fire protection properties. This also allows it to be a space-saving solution for transport applications.
