With four newly added H16WD_ series solid state relays, Schukat is expanding its range of Crydom electronic load relays in the hockey-puck housing, with screw terminals, for single-phase alternating voltages up to 690V. These load relays are equipped with thyristor outputs, allowing load currents of 25A, 50A, 75A and even 90A (RMS) at load voltages from 48VAC to 690VAC, and are controlled using DC control currents from 4V to 32V.

The H16WD_ series stands out from the H12WD_ series, already introduced, in two important ways: First, the new relays allow significantly higher peak transient voltages up to 1600V at the output (H12WD_ only 1200V), and second, all four new models feature an additional input status LED.

All Crydom load relays in the H16WD_ series are now available direct from stock from a minimum order of one unit.
