Mean Well's DRC-40 and DRC-60 series have been widely utilised in the field of security. In order to fulfil high-power demands from the security industry, Mean Well has extended the series' wattage up to 100W and is pleased to unveil the DIN rail security power DRC-100 series.

This product is suitable to be assembled on TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 industrial rails inside cabinets. The DRC-100 accepts 90-264VAC input, offering 13.8 and 27.6VDC output voltage models, complementing the commonly used 12 and 24V batteries. Users are able to build security systems with DC UPS functions easily.

The fanless design is cooled by free air convection and operates within the temperature range of -30 to + 70°C.  Protections include short-circuit, overload, over-voltage, battery low cut off and battery reverse polarity (by fuse).

The supplies especially suit applications which must be operated normally under AC power failure situations, such as security, emergency lighting, alarm, DC UPS, central monitoring and access systems.

Housed in a 55x90x100mm package, the supplies feature a 3 year warranty as standard and are UL, CUL, TUV, CB and CE-approved.
