With its new inductor series UHEI and HPPC, Chilisin is targeting applications in automotive electronics. The inductors are available at distributor Rutronik as of now. Using its powder-making plant Chilisin is able to provide inductors that combine reliability and competitive cost structure.

Through material optimisation, RDC could be significantly reduced by 25% and Q value simultaneously improved, allowing for great efficiency performance. At 2x1.6mm to 2.5x2.00mm sizes, inductance values are available from 0,47μH to 1,5μH with an Irms of 2.7A to 4.0A.

Moulding Power Inductor series HPPC (High Performance Power Choke) are designed with lead frames to deliver superior vibration test performance, ideal weldability, and smoothness under the AEC-Q200 test standard.

Using Powder Technology, their RDC could be significantly reduced by 25% and Q value could be improved simultaneously, resulting in great efficiency performance. At 4.6x4.1mm to 11.3x10.2mm sizes, inductance values are available from 0,22μH to 10μH with an Irms of 4.0A to 40A.
