Primary switched AC/DC power modules suit worldwide use
MTM Power's PMAS15 and PCMAS15 series of primary switched AC/DC power modules have been designed as universal compact power supplies with AC/DC wide input ranges (90-264 VAC, 100-300 VDC) for worldwide application. They are available with single output voltages of 5, 12, 15, 24 and 48VDC. The series offers 15W constant output wattage, is short circuit protected, needs no ground load and features reduced stand-by power.
Due to their small dimensions, they allow an efficient, cost-saving solution for different tasks where medium-ranged power is needed. The modules are characterised by a compact and rugged design and suitable for PCB mounting (PMAS) or chassis mounting (PCMAS). The dimensions are 50,8 x 50,8 x 20,0 mm (PMAS) or 84,0 x 51,0 x 22,0 mm (PCMAS).
The bases for the very high quality standard of the whole series are SMD-technology, 100%-burn-in-test and an automatic 100% final test. The power supplies are vacuum encapsulated, prepared for applications in Class 1 and/or 2. The modules comply with the Low Voltage Directives as well as the up-to-date EN Standards as regards CE conformity and are also UL/cUL approved.
