Configurable power supply assemblies handle rugged conditions
Luso Electronics Distribution, the sole UK and Ireland representative for SynQor’s power supplies and related components, has announced availability of MultiQor Plate - a new line of DC-DC configurable assembly power supplies designed for the extreme environmental and demanding electrical conditions of military and aerospace applications.
The assemblies provide up to four customer defined output voltages, delivering up to 450W total output power with efficiency as high as 95%. Depending on the desired number of outputs and output power, the power supplies are available in two packages (96.52mm x 172.72mm x 23.36mm and 170.18mm x 173.73mm x 23.36mm).
Employing SynQor's MIL-COTS line of high efficiency, high reliability, fixed switching frequency converters and EMI filters, MultiQor Plate assemblies are designed to comply with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, DEF-STAN 61-5 and MIL-STD-461 ensuring they can be deployed for military and aerospace use.
The power supplies offer an internal EMI filter with ceramic stabilising bulk capacitor, over-voltage spike and surge protection, thermal shutdown, no minimum load requirements and a soft-start of all outputs. Optional features include a cover and an internal input fuse. Supplementary MultiQor Plate Cables are also available.
