Encapsulated 36W AC-DC converters protect to IP67
Powersolve just announced three series of plastic encapsulated AC-DC converters that offer protection to IP67 and are therefore suitable for use where the ingress of liquid and dust need to be avoided. The PS12MK, PS20MK and PS36MK Series are switch mode power supplies that provide 10 to 36W from the universal input range of 90 to 264VAC. Output voltages across the 15 models in the PS12MK, PS20MK and PS36MK Series range from 5 to 24VDC.
They can be either chassis or wall mounted, feature Class II Safety and use less than 0.3W max when not under load. Input/output isolation is 3000V.
All models in the series feature overvoltage, short circuit and over current protection and meet all relevant EMC and safety approvals. Operating temperature range is -10 to 40⁰C.
The PS12MK unit measures 56 x 39 x 2mm, the PS20MK 64 x 47 x 28mm and the PS36MK unit 133 x 50 x 34mm.
