To meet the growing demand for DIN rail power supplies, due to facility minimisation and system management, MEAN WELL has introduced the 40W DRA-40 and 60W DRA-60 series. As well as conventional DIN power supply functions, such as output voltage adjustment, the series also features a current adjustment function. This allows users to adjust the output current, via 1-10VDC, PWM signal, or resistance and thus provides flexibility.

The DRA-40 and DRA-60 series can be mounted on TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 DIN rail. They accept the full range 90-264VAC input and provide two different models with 12 and 24VDC, respectively. The series, which are designed without a built-in fan, have a working efficiency of up to 87% and operate over a temperature range from -30 to +70℃, under air convection cooling.

Other features of the DIN rail power supplies include short circuit protection, overload protection, over voltage protection, and front panel DC voltage adjustment. Suitable applications include machine vision inspection systems and plant cultivation systems with an LED light source.

The DRA-40 and DRA-60 series are certified with UL/CUL/CB/TUV/CE safety regulation and meet the requirement of IEC60950-1 Limited Power Source (LPS).
