DC/DC converter in industry standard footprint suitable for railway
The addition of the Cincon CQB150W Series 150 Watt DC/DC converter in an industry standard quarter-brick footprint has been announced from Power Sources Unlimited. The CQB150W is suitable for railway, distributed power architectures, telecommunications and industrial applications. CQB150W series are available in single output voltages of 5, 12, 24, 28, 48VDC and have 4:1 ultra-wide input voltage range of 9-36VDC and 18-75VDC.
All models are fully protected against input UVLO, output over-current, output over-voltage and over-temperature and continuous short circuit conditions. Standard features include high efficiency up to 92%, 2250VDC isolation voltage and an operating temperature range of –40 to 105°C, an optional heat sink, thermal pad, mounting screws are available to extend the full power range of the unit. CQB150W series also feature very low no load power consumption making these converters an ideal solution for energy critical systems. Additionally, the standard control functions include remote on/off and 10% adjustable output voltage.
All models meet CE Mark 2014/30/EU and safety approvals comply with UL/EN/IEC 60950-1. Shock vibration meets MIL-STD-810F / EN 61373.
