AC output contactors suit demanding high power applications
Crydom has introduced the HAC series of high current AC Output Contactors. Rated up to 150A rms at 660VAC in a 40°C ambient temperature, the HAC series complements Crydom's high current DC output HDC series of Solid State Contactors. The HAC Series incorporates Crydom’s proven SCR power technology and control circuitry, suiting demanding high power applications.
The HAC Series is available with either AC or DC control, zero voltage or instantaneous output turn-on and optional installed thermal pad for use in a wide variety of heating, lighting and motion control applications. The HAC Series is CE compliant with both the Low Voltage and EMC Directives, RoHS and China RoHS and is UL recognised.
The HAC Series offers a heavy duty 74x104mm panel mounted industrial package with efficient thermal design, featuring 9.5mm power terminals with high torque strength suitable for large wire sizes.
