AC/DC power supply trio is compact for industrial use
Three models make up the MPO-500S series from MicroPower Direct. The 500W AC/DC power supplies are fabricated on a compact 5.0 x 3.0inch open PCB and operate from universal inputs of 90 to 264V AC.
They provide tightly regulated single outputs of 12, 24, or 48V DC.
Standard features include EN 55022 B emissions, active power factor correction to EN 61000-3-2, I/O isolation of 3kV AC, and a standby 5V output. All models are protected for over-temperature, over-load, over-voltage and short circuit faults. Signals for DC ok and remote on/off are provided, as well as a driver output for an external fan. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) is greater than 160khours. All models are approved to EN 60950.
Airflow is only 30 CFM. Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C (ambient).
