Miniature HV Reed Relay at the Heart of IC Test System

Pickering has announced that it has developed a miniature reed relay for use in a new test rig, designed by globally-renowned chip maker, ON Semiconductor. The new Series 131 deliver a minimum stand-off of 1500V, switching at 1000V, on a footprint of just 12.5mm x 3.7mm. These SPST N.O. relays switch up to 0.7 Amps, 10 Watts with an option of 3V, 5V or 12V coils.
