Low profile Schottky diodes boost power density

STMicroelectronics has launched 26 new Schottky diodes in low-profile SMA and SMB Flat packages. They cover voltage ratings from 25 to 200V and current ratings from 1 to 5A. The 1.0mm-high devices have 50% lower profile than diodes in standard SMA and SMB packages.

Relec adds Cotek Systems’ SR-1600-Plus inverter series

The SR-1600-Plus Series of DC-AC inverters consists of 1,600VA inverter modules for either 24V or 48V inputs, a bespoke 2U subrack and a system controller. There are also options for remote control and maintenance bypass switches. The inverters have 89 to 91% efficiency in DC-AC mode.
