Range of PCB support services showcased at MD&M West
EMS provider ACD will exhibit at MD&M West, scheduled to take place 10th to 12th February 2015 at the Anaheim Convention Centre, California, in booth 341. ACD supports the PCB industry in a variety of ways, providing design, laser photoplotting, engineering software and final testing.
The company uses Cogiscan’s Track, Trace & Control (TTC) solution to provide complete traceability. ACD utilises Cogiscan’s software system for factory-wide TTC solutions. The goal behind TTC is to support total traceability from the box-build to the lot, panel or board level through the use of enforced routing. ACD representatives will discuss the tracking system and the benefits, challenges and cost savings accrued from the implementation.
ACD’s assembly business model is geared toward supporting high-mix, high-technology assembly from prototypes through low-to-mid volume production. With a focus on high-end technology, ACD is staffed with two shifts to respond to a variety of products, markets and deliveries.
