Company announces participation in SMTAI manufacturing experience
Visitors to booth #339 at SMTA International 2014 will be able to see SEHO System's SelectLine selective soldering system. Consistently modular, all modules (fluxer, preheat, soldering) can be equipped individually and, depending on the requirements, can be configured into a complete manufacturing line.
The soldering area of the SelectLine scores highly thanks to its outstanding precision and flexibility, while two electro-magnetic soldering units for mini-wave processes may be integrated within the system. A complete hardware and software package is available for automatic control. It monitors the fluxing process, including the actually applied amount, provides automatic position correction and z-height correction, controls the wave height, and ensures MES integration. An additional feature is the possibility to integrate an AOI system for solder joint inspection directly after the soldering process.
The company will also be taking part in the Power and High Temperature Electronics Manufacturing Experience. SMTA International 2014 will host the first feature area in the exhibit hall dedicated to Power Electronics and High Temperature.
SMTA International is scheduled to take place between September 30th and October 1st, 2014 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.
