Zytronic expands sales team for Asia

Zytronic, leading designer and manufacturer of Projected Capacitive Technology (PTC)-based touch sensors, announces the expansion of its management team with the appointment of Mark Perry as sales manager for Asia. With growing demand for Zytronic’s patented touch sensor technology products in Asia, Perry’s responsibilities will include supporting existing customers, working with Zytronic’s current representatives and distributors and also developing additional sales channels across the region.

Perry joins Zytronic following three years at Trench UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Siemens, where he was regional sales manager. At Trench he held direct responsibility for managing and developing relationships with customers within key Asian markets including South Korea, China and India. Prior to this role he worked as project engineer at Inviron and ABB after completing his extensive electrical training.

Mark Perry will report to Ian Crosby, sales and marketing director at Zytronic. Commenting on Perry’s appointment, Crosby said: “Zytronic has already enjoyed considerable success in Asia and we are pleased to expand our global sales team with an enthusiastic new sales manager who has a proven track record in the Asian market. Mark’s appointment will ensure the development of further sales channels in this important region and offer additional support to our growing client base and network of distributors.”
