Tyco Electronics wins 2008 supplier of the year from Enics AG

Tyco Electronics has received the 2008 Supplier of the Year Award from Enics AG. The award was presented at the recent Enics Fair 09 in Helsinki, Finland in recognition of Tyco Electronics’ exceptional operational performance, as well as the company’s strong account management and commitment to customer satisfaction.

According to Petri Helin, Enics AG Senior Vice President, “Tyco Electronics earned the 2008 Supplier of the Year Award not only because of the company’s excellent operational performance, but also because they share Enics’ values. We would like to thank the entire Tyco Electronics account team for their contribution to our success and we look forward to continuing our relationship.”

Tyco Electronics has worked with Enics AG since April 2004, supplying interconnection products and electronic components for their industrial and medical services.

“Customer relationships have always been Tyco Electronics’ top priority” said Robert Ullström, Tyco Electronics’ global account manager for Enics AG. “By understanding Enics AG’s needs throughout the organization, we were able to identify opportunities for improvement and development. We are truly honored to receive this award.”

The Enics Fair is an annual event which provides Enics AG’s global customers and suppliers the opportunity to gain insight on innovative supply chain solutions.
