STI Electronics’ Frank Honyotski to Present New IPC-A-610E and J-STD-001E Updates at the SMTA Space Coast Chapter Meeting

STI Electronics, Inc., a full service organization providing training, electronic and industrial distribution, consulting, laboratory analysis, prototyping, and small- to medium-volume PCB assembly, announces that Frank Honyotski will present the new IPC-A-610E and J-STD-001E updates at the upcoming SMTA Space Coast Chapter Meeting, scheduled to take place Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 12 p.m. from 11:15 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the MC Assembly Conference Center in Palm Bay, FL.
For the past five years, the electronics world has been evolving and IPC has been on the
forefront of these ever-changing requirements. The industry has been waiting for the new
E revision of the J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 to be completed to be able to implement
better process control and design. IPC has documented these changes and both documents have been released. This presentation will focus on some of the major changes in both J-STD-001E and IPCA-610E.

Frank is accredited by the IPC as a Master Instructor for IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/21 and J-STD-001. He conducts IPC Certification Training at the STI training site located in Madison, AL. Frank also is responsible for conducting on-site training classes for STI customers.
