Rigol authorises partners to improve transparency for customers

To strengthen its market position, Rigol Technologies EU now supports its authorised distributors with a new brand label. With this label Rigol will not only offer security to its partners against non-official direct importers, but also to the customers. Officially approved distributors are well trained and educated to professionally support customers with choosing the right Rigol products to solve their application.

This transparency enables both sides to separate the wheat from the chaff. All customers can expect the same level of service and support as well as the knowledge on Rigol’s portfolio from distributors who show this logo on their website. In combination with the wide spread network of Rigol Partners all over Europe, the customer can easily find the right local partner.

The list of distributors on www.rigol.eu will be regularly modified and will show the core competences of the corresponding distributor or partner. This will also help customers to choose the right on-site contact.

Especially with mid- and high-range products, it is very important to get the best qualified technical support and commercial consulting service. This becomes even more important when turn-key solutions are required, for example EMC test setups, multi-channel data acquisition or more complex test setups, which comprise high-quality instruments in combination with an application software solution.

As the next steps Rigol will define additional authorisation logos. After proving the according knowledge and company structure these logos will be awarded to the respective sales partners. The aim is to achieve more transparency and to establish Rigol Technologies even better in the T&M market.
