Laser diodes open up design options
ProPhotonix has added two new visible laser diodes from Ushio Opto Semiconductors to its product catalogue. The HL40033G offers high optical output power (100mW) at a wavelength of 405nm and is ideally suited for use in direct imaging for PCBs, industrial applications, display and biomedical applications.
The HL63253MG, a 450mW, 638nm laser diode is also now available from ProPhotonix, offering an ideal solution for laser projectors, show lasers as well as laser modules.
