Kyzen Receives Best Presentation Award at SMTA China South Conference 2011

Phil’s presentation, titled “Cleaning Flux Residue from under Bottom Termination Components,” was presented at an August 30, 2011 conference. Today, electronic device miniaturization, multifunction and high reliability are required, which has motivated Kyzen to make a thorough analysis and detailed cleaning solution specific to flux residue cleaning under bottom termination components.
