Vishay Intertechnology has launched four new 600V rectifiers that reduce switching losses in high-efficiency PFC and SMPS applications with their extremely fast and soft reverse recovery times, together with low forward voltage drop.

Renesas Technology Europe today announced that it is supporting microcontroller tutorials at the University of Strathclyde with the donation of 70 x M16C/62P Renesas Starter Kits (RSK) to the University’s Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering (EEE).
