Amphenol RF is pleased to introduce a line of high quality SMA and N-Type fixed attenuators to its product portfolio. Amphenol attenuators are designed to offer flat attenuation over a designated frequency range and feature a microwave grade resistor that consistently reduces power.

Fixed attenuators are offered in straight jack to plug configurations and operate from DC to 6GHz. The SMA attenuator series have an attenuation range from 1 to 10dB with ±0.5 accuracy and can handle an average input power up to 2W with low VSWR precision performance. The N-Type series have attenuation values from 3 to 30dB and offer accurate, repeatable performance for 2 and 5W power levels. Matched to 50Ω impedance, the attenuators have a passivated stainless steel body and hex flats on the body allow the attenuators to be easily torqued to the mating connector.

Amphenol RF coaxial attenuators are expertly manufactured to offer high reliability in applications that require repeatable performance such as testing environments and measurement systems. They are also used in a variety of commercial and military applications where consistency is critical.
