Surface mount rectifiers delivered in compact package

Available in the compact SMA (DO-214AC) low profile package, the S1 series has a maximum average forward rectified current of 1.0A.

Peak forward surge current is 40A for the 50V, 100V, 200V, 400V and 600V versions and 30A for the 800V and 1,000V versions.

Typical applications include general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters and converters.

Also available in AEC-Q101 qualified versions, these rectifiers feature a low-forward voltage drop of 1.1 V, which reduces power losses and improves efficiency.
