Featuring gold terminations for conductive gluing, the ACAS 0606 ATAU resistor array has been introduced by Vishay Intertechnology. The resistor arrays combines high-temperature operation to 155°C with relative tolerance down to ±0.05%, as well as relative TCR down to ±5 ppm/K. The company claims that the resistor arrays enable significantly more accurate performance than two high-precision discrete resistors.

Enabling the design of high-density circuits thanks to their small 1.5mm x 1.6mm package, the devices offer two equal or different resistance values from 100Ω to 150kΩ, with a maximum resistance ratio of 1:20. The moisture resistivity of lΔR/Rl < 0.5 % at 85°C and 85% relative humidity for 1,000 hours points to the devices' robustness against harsh environmental conditions. In addition to this, the series offers 1000 V ESD capability, a 75V operating voltage, and a maximum rated dissipation to 0.125W per element. For automotive applications, the resistors are qualified according to AEC-Q200.

Suited for use in precision analog circuits, voltage dividers, feedback circuits, and signal conditioning applications that require extraordinarily stable fixed resistor ratios, the arrays have typical application fields which include automotive electronics, including engine control units, gear box controls, safety, power supply electronics, body electronics, braking systems, and lighting; and industrial electronics, such as energy management, measurement, and control technology.

Samples and production quantities are available now, with lead times of 8 to 10 weeks.
