Thales 2.75” rockets certified for firing
Arnold Defense, together with Thales, has achieved formal certification to fire the Thales FZ90 2.75” rocket from the complete range of Arnold Defense rocket launchers. Working in partnership with Thales, Arnold Defense successfully certified their long-standing LAU and M-Series (lightweight) air-to-ground range of launchers and their more recently released MLHS and FLETCHER ground-to-ground launchers.

Multicore avionics RTOS gains certification
Green Hills Software has announced that the INTEGRITY-178 tuMP multicore real-time operating system (RTOS) is the first operating system to be part of a multicore certification to RCTA/DO-178C and CAST-32A. The certification is part of a Technical Standing Order (TSO) authorisation for CMC Electronics’ PU-3000 Avionics Computer, and the TSO submission included evidence of meeting all CAST-32A requirements for multicore processors.
