An ultra-high frequency output of 60-650MHz into a 3225 SMD format, with low jitter, the TX832-D3, has been released from Raltron. The broad range of frequency TCXO is ideally suited for applications in networking, 10/40/100GB Ethernet, fibre channel 10/12G serdes and optical networks.

The TX832-D3 generates a high frequency range of 60-650MHz with a supply voltage of 2.5 or 3.3V at a frequency stability of 2.5ppm over a temperature range from -40 to + 85°C and a low RMS jitter of 650fs maximum within a bandwidth of 12kHz to 20MHz.

Typical frequencies include 78.125, 156.250, 312.5MHz and more. Units are supplied in a SMD 3.0x2.5mm format and are RoHS compliant.

The new Raltron ‘ULTRA’ TX832-D3 is currently priced at $10.00 each in lots of 1,000 units with delivery at six to eight weeks ARO.
