Higher performance at lower cost with latest booster
Vincotech has announced the launch of a new line of modules called flowBOOST 1 symmetric. Engineered to deliver top switching frequencies (up to 50 kHz), these modules are able to provide a symmetric boost in 1300 V or a buck boost in 650 V applications. They also enable to use smaller and even lighter passive power components to decrease system sizes.
Equipped with the latest 650 V Infineon TRENCHSTOP IGBT5 (H5 and S5) to boost efficiency (>99 %) and cut system costs, flowBOOST 1 symmetric modules deliver outstanding performance at high speeds and low saturation voltage.
They support 100 A and 150 A applications, come in low-inductive 36 x 82 mm flow 1 housings, and are the solution of choice for downsizing bulky transformers and DC link capacitors. Samples of these ultra efficient booster modules may be sourced on demand from our usual channels.
