SL Power Electronics will showcase its family of AC/DC power supplies for a range of test, medical and LED applications at the electronica exhibition in Munich (Nov 11-14). New products on parade include the TU425 family, the latest offering in the high-density single output open-frame AC/DC power supply line that features excellent EMI/EMC performance and is ideal for the power demands of oscilloscopes, signal generators and analysers.

Compliant to heavy industrial levels of the IEC61000-4 standards for EMC immunity and Class B Conducted EMI with 6db margin, the power supply uses long life (>7 years) electrolytic capacitors in its design. In addition, the TU425 models are approved to ITE standards of IEC/UL/EN60950 and CSA C22.2, 2nd edition.

Also on show will be the MB65S 65 watt power supply is specifically designed to meet the power requirements for remote health monitoring systems and critical care home medical devices. The product can easily fit into a 1U chassis. The design takes into consideration the pending international release of the new IEC 60601-1-2, 4th Edition EMC requirements. With low leakage current performance, the power supplies are BF rated.

The LB130 power supply is ideal for LED lighting applications, offering 130W of conduction cooled power in a small 3in x5in x1.3in package. With Class B conducted EMI and 70°C ambient operation with no derating, it targets high intensity entertainment applications such as stage lighting and theatre control systems due to the ability to operate efficiently in extreme temperature conditions and tight spaces.
