Flying probe software on the cards for Las Vegas
New Flying Probe and Reverse Engineering Software will be showcased by Digitaltest at the IPC Apex show in Las Vegas (March 15-17). The company will show major new developments including the new MTS 505, Condor, flying probe solution which provides capabilities for larger boards and faster programming.
In addition significant updates to the In-Circuit and Functional test systems will be demonstrated.
The Digitizer 2.0 reverse engineering softwarehas been developed as part of the INPIKO project, which covered aspects such as optical and x-ray techniques.
Digitizer 2.0 can link with data from other systems and provides new methods to determine unknown component values using new and innovative metrology techniques.
