Avnet Abacus will focus on two main product areas — power and connectivity at European Microwave Week in Paris (September 30-October 3). In dedicated power and connectivity sections, product specialists will be available to discuss design needs and give technical advice.
Featured power products will include the new TET4000 series of 4000W power supplies for routers, servers and switches in data centres.
Built by Bel Power Solutions and Protection to OCP (Open Compute Project, ODCC (Open Data Center Committee) or CORD (Central Office Re-architected as a Data Center) standards, the TET4000 is among the very few 4000W 48VDC server power supplies available as a standard product.
Its efficiency of up to 98% is classified as “titanium level”, the highest efficiency class for power supplies.
The MEAN WELL UHP-2500 will be presented in Europe for the first time. It is a 2500W single-output power supply with a slim 60mm profile and unique fanless design. Its input range is 90–264VAC and it provides an output voltage of 24V or 48V, with efficiency up to 96%.
Amphenol SV Microwave’s new SMPx interconnect demonstration board, features extreme-frequency solder-on single and multiport SMP (up to 40GHz), SMPM (65GHz) and SMPS (100GHz) surface-mount and edge-launch connectors.
The Molex QSFP-DD double-density interconnect system features an 8-lane electrical interface transmitting up to 28Gbps NRZ or 56 Gbps PAM-4 at up to 200Gbps or 400Gbps aggregate.
TE Connectivity’s AmbiMate MS4 sensor module demo pack for motion, light, temperature and humidity monitoring will also feature. This is a pre-engineered, four-core sensor system allowing designers to integrate the AmbiMate sensor module easily using the I2C communication protocol.
The RF5G demo board from Bel Cinch Connectivity Solutions, which supports SMP and SMPM plus SMA (26.5GHz), 2.92mm (40GHz), 2.4mm (50GHz) and 1.85mm (67GHz) connectors. Designed for use in 5G infrastructure test and measurement, the RF5G also features a very low VSWR and has several mounting options.
