OLED offers 128 Level Grey Scale and Three Area Colours.

The three area colours of red, green and blue in a new OLED module from Digital Displays can be individually addressed enabling icons such as battery level, signal strength and message received to be highlighted at the top of the display.
The main display area is blue with a contrast ratio of 100:1 and grey scale images are selectable in 128 levels. Featuring a viewing area of 24.0mm x 17.0 mm the LPSF096063A00-GB OLED module has a resolution of 96 x 63 pixels and exhibits all the major benefits of OLED technology including low power consumption - typically 80mW, a brightness of 40 nits and a fast response time.

Weighing just 2g and with a thickness of less than 2.0mm, the display is ideal for handheld and portable equipment. Prices start at less than 10.0 GBP for quantities of 1000pcs making this latest technology available at a very reasonable cost.
