New BATRON 320 x 240 COG as Single Chip Solution
BATRON, designed and produced by DATA MODUL, presents the first standard Chip-on-Glass (COG) module with a resolution of 320 x 240 and one single chip. While other products with higher resolutions do require different drivers in combination, the new BATRON BTHQ320240A-COG only needs one single Chip which is based on the IST3088 and offers the customer a simple handling and an easy integration into his system.
The The module has an operating temperature of -20°C to +70°C. and is available in FSTN (transflective positive) and FFSTN (transmissive negative) mode with white LED backlight. Other LED versions can be customized.
The BTHQ320240A-COG is the latest product of the BATRON COG graphic line which offers modules with resolution of 96x40 to 320x240 in many different dimensions and technologies and with multiple LED backlight options.
