The latest generation of displays from AOC offers a huge number of useful features: they protect the eyes as well as the back and neck from damage, plus they offer a completely new visual experience. Furthermore, the latest generation of displays also helps enhance both productivity and comfort.

By making sure that useful ergonomic features are present at the workplace or home office, employers can help each of their employees to bring out the best in themselves. Some of these ergonomic features aim to maximise productivity and protect users’ health by reducing fatigue and discomfort. For this reason, many displays manufactured by AOC provide a full range of ergonomic versatility such as pivot.

The pivot feature enables the user to rotate the panel by 90°. This way, the viewer can easily turn the screen from landscape to portrait mode. Furthermore, having the monitor in portrait mode while text editing, a greater text length can be displayed, which helps to reduce the need to scroll inside of text documents or tables.

Individual height adjustability of up to 130mm is another useful display feature that contributes to maximum comfort and enhanced productivity. By adjusting the height of a monitor, users can perfectly align the screen according to their body height, work situation or individual preferences. This can help to avoid neck, back and shoulder pain or similar health problems.

Besides useful ergonomic advantages, AOC has integrated an additional health-promoting feature; Anti-Blue Light in its E2276VWM6 and E2476VWM6 displays. This technology reduces harmful blue light and aims to prevent users from eye fatigue. With the Ultra HD resolution (3840x2160), over 8.29m pixels equal four times the pixel amount of full HD panels. As a consequence, 4K enables viewers to benefit from more true-to-life detail than ever before.

Of equal importance for ultra-smooth images is the pixel response time of a monitor. The shorter the response time, the less viewers will experience motion blur, which can make subtle details become indistinct to an unrecognisable extent. With a response time of less than 5ms, displays like the AOC U2868PQU are good for working on or watching fast-paced action video clips or enjoying games.

Multimedia editors, stock market analysts or any private user that is fond of multitasking are aware of the benefits of monitors with larger screens. Display sizes of 28" and above make sure that endless scrolling or switching between different windows can be minimised.

For movie and gaming enthusiasts the advantages of larger displays are self-explanatory. So-called 'picture-in-picture' and 'picture-by-picture' features, as well as AOC’s innovative Screen+ software, which can divide a large screen into up to four panes and allows watching images simultaneously from different sources, are equally noteworthy in this regard. Thus, the larger the screen the more it is suited for multitasking.

“We hear from our customers that full ergonomic flexibility, larger screens and eye health promoting features all contribute to a thrilling entertainment experience, increased productivity, more satisfied employees as well as reduced fatigue and absences caused by illness. This requires, however, that people realise that there are differences between displays. Put differently, investing in an AOC display with their very good price-performance ratio is an investment in quality of life at all levels”, says Thomas Schade, Vice President, EMEA, AOC.
