Densitron’s Alphanumeric OLED modules are specifically designed to enable easy system integration and high display performance in an industrial environment.
Modules in the range are energy efficient and compact in size, with thickness between 1.3 and 1.6 mm. They have an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~80°C, up to 50,000 hours half life time and a near 170° wide viewing angle that meet industrial applications’ requirements. The display come with standard interface options of 4/8 bit parallel, SPI and I2C and in-built font CGROM and Chip-On-Glass configuration.

Alphanumeric OLEDs are suitable for a wide range of applications, for example, card reader, DAB, measuring equipment, point of sale and smart meter applications. The modules are also ideal for existing users of Alphanumeric LCD displays who require a compatible upgrade that offers more value and greater aesthetic appeal. Densitron’s Alphanumeric OLED modules have a high contrast ratio of 10000:1 (most standard alphanumeric displays only have ~500:1). The OLED displays are pin-to-pin compatible with many character displays on the market and hence there should be no hardware or software configuration issues in most cases. Densitron’s dedicated technical support team is on hand to assist customers with any design or migration issues that they may have.

USB Evaluation Kits are available and the alphanumeric OLEDs can be further enhanced through Densitron’s Engineering Design Service which offers options on integrating standard or custom display modules with touch screens, PCBs, Plastics, and/or Keypads.
