Single module cleaning agent monitoring and dosing

ZESTRON's EYE CM is an automatic module for controlling the concentration of the cleaning bath. Its measuring system displays precise, real-time concentration measurement by simultaneously measuring three parameters, even with a loaded cleaning bath. Optical methods such as the refractive index cannot provide such reliable performances.

Easy and Precise Monitoring of Cleaning Baths

The use of concentrated cleaning agent is a cost-effective solution. However, due to drag-out or dilution the concentration of the cleaning agent may change over time. Thus, continuous monitoring by the operator is necessary. The newly developed ZESTRON Bath Analyzer is an easy to use monitoring kit, which can be applied in a few steps only and no specific operator training is necessary.
