Ultra-low phase noise fixed frequency synthesizer

Z-Communications has today introduced a new RoHS compliant Fixed Frequency Synthesizer, model SFS10000C-LF in X-band. The SFS10000C-LF is a single frequency synthesizer that operates at 10 GHz and features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc.
