Welwyn's latest thick-film chip resistor operates to 250°C

TT electronics Welwyn Components has introduced a new series of thick-film chip resistors qualified for operation up to 250°C. The new HTCR series is available in 0805, 1206, 2010 and 2512 formats and, with resistances from 1R0 to 10M, ensures high reliability for applications in down-hole drilling, automotive, aerospace and defence applications.

Planar resistor family rated to 40KV

TT electronics Welwyn Components has extended its portfolio of precision resistors with a range of high-voltage planar resistors rated from 5 to 40kV in air. Offering nominal values from 1K0 to 40G, the new PHVP family is available in precision grades to ±0.05%, with temperature coefficients as low as 10ppm/°C. The non-inductive, non-magnetic design delivers voltage coefficients down to -0.05ppm/V.

UL-recognised mains input resistors

Welwyn Components has introduced a new series of mains input resistors that uses an advanced coating and production process to ensure safe, silent operation in overload conditions, whilst matching the thermal and electrical insulating properties of standard silicone cement. This allows designers to more easily meet the requirements of UL approval, whilst eliminating the need to put additional fuses in series with the input resistor.

Ultra Small Size Current Sense Resistors

The new series of Ultra Small Size Current Sense Resistors complements TT Welwyn’s existing LR Series, offering the same thick-film on ceramic construction but providing increased choice for product designers in the form of three smaller sizes options of 0805, 0603 and 0402.
