WeEn Semiconductors will showcase its silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs and Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) in highly thermally efficient TSPAK packages at this year’s PCIM Expo conference and trade fair.

WeEn Semiconductors announces the launch of its 2,000V high-voltage (HV) series of standard rectifiers. Designed to address the evolving demands of high-voltage systems, these rectifiers achieve a 5% reduction in forward voltage drop (VF) and a 20% improvement in thermal resistance compared to competing solutions.

WeEn Semiconductors will exhibit the company’s latest 600V super junction MOSFET for computing and telecoms server applications at this year’s PCIM Expo conference and trade fair.
