Toshiba’s Full HD CMOS Image Sensor Delivers High-Resolution Images to Security/Surveillance and Automotive Designs

Toshiba Electronics Europe has expanded its range of CMOS image sensors with a full HD device for the security/surveillance and automotive markets. The TCM5117PL 1080p device offers industry-leading >100dB high dynamic range (HDR), a fast frame rate of 60fps (at 1080p), and colour noise reduction (CNR) technology for better colour reproduction in low-light conditions.

Toshiba Electronics Europe has announced the TK100S04N1L automotive MOSFET

Toshiba Electronics Europe has announced the first in a line-up of automotive MOSFETs that brings together the latest UMOS8 low on resistance (RDS(ON)), low input capacitance (Ciss) trench process with high-efficiency, high-reliability DPAK+ packaging. At just 2.4mΩ, the 40V, 100A TK100S04N1L has a maximum RDS(ON) that is 22% lower than previous devices with the same ratings.

Toshiba Announces ARM Cortex Development Board At Embedded World 2013

Toshiba introduce a pre-configured development board for rapid implementation of motor control applications using its ARM Cortex-M3 family of microcontrollers. Toshiba To Launch Audio Codec IC For Mobile Devices

Toshiba Corporation has revealed today that it will launch an audio codec IC that integrates the audio features required for mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, including microphone input, an earpiece speaker amplifier, stereo headphone amplifier and line-out output. Samples of the new product, TC94B24WBG, are available now and mass production is scheduled for March 2013.
